Our Hypocrisy, it's in the Bible

The last few weeks of America

The Governor of Louisiana Jeffy Laudry signed a bill sighting that all public schools, from kindegarden to colleges, MUST display the Ten Commandments.

Not to be out Jesused a long comes Oklahoma:

Oklahoma schools must teach the Bible and have a copy in every classroom, according to a directive from the state’s top education official on Thursday. The directive also requires that schools incorporate the Bible, including the Ten Commandments, as instructional support for grades 5-12 starting in the 2024-25 school

In case you are wondering what happed to the seperating of church and state? You should first know there are 28 other states with Religous Issues.

I find nothing wrong with the teachings of Jesue and the Bible, however at the right time and place. In the school i went to in Garrison, New York they had Religous instructions every Monday at a local Church. It was NOT Mandatory, nor in the same buliding.

My concern is what religion is being taught? You notice i didn't say what religions, thus the problem.

With the "God forbid" on set of project 2025. Does the phrase

"Boots on the ground for God" scare you?

So what is:

White Christian Nationalism ?

(Google says)

Christian nationalism has been loosely defined as a belief that since we were founed as a Christian nation, "celebrate[s] and privilege[s] the sacred history, liberty, and rightful rule of white conservatives." Christian nationalism prioritizes an ethno-cultural, ethno-religious, and ethno-nationalist framing around fear of "the other", those being immigrants,

Let's see what Trumps $59.95 plus shipping Bible, has to say about

White Christian Nationalism

Scripture does not support the idea of Christian nationalism. Any people-group that claims their nationality places them under Jesus Christ's favor and blessing deny the Gospel's truth. Any citizen who places their devotion to Christ on the same level as their allegiance to their country is guilty of idolatry.

Lets define the word idolatry

idolatry, in Judaism and Christianity, the worship of someone or something other than God as though it were God. The first of the biblical Ten Commandments prohibits idolatry: “You shall have no other gods before me.” Nicolas Poussin: Adoration of the Golden Calf.

So back to my question about the pharse,

"Boots on the ground for God"

Just like Charlottesville

So what Religion? What Bible? What Ten Commandments?

Throw in Project 2025

Equals

Our Hypocrisy, it's in the Bible
